The University of Tartu is one of the top-rated universities. I study Computer Engineering there. Professors are great, they try their best to give all you need to understand the subject. University is equipped with modern technologies and labs that help students to gain new skills.
I have gained a decent knowledge of Computer Engineering. Great opportunity for international students to study for free as UT provides many tuition waivers and living scholarships, many exchange programs are available too.

UT is 100% recommended for students interested in technologies. Great lecturers, nice atmosphere but requires hard work. Especially the first year is very loaded. Great for motivated students who are eager to learn.
