How planning a class can make it more interest.
UCE is a state university based in Quito. The infrastructure of it provides vacancies for too many students that apply or study for the first years, and then they drop out of it. The university is almost in the middle of the city, not far from the south or the north of the city; almost every bus passes next to or close to it. It offers a really cheap way to study and obtain a diploma. Though it’s also kind of difficult to obtain an opening to study the career you want, this test for the SENESCYT determines whether you will be accepted or declined to enter the university based on how many points you score. which complicates things for people who want to enter difficult careers such as medicine or engineering. Overall, the university is one of the best in the country but still lacks some things. The system is bureaucratic and requires a lot of paperwork for assistance.
