I would recommend it to anyone. The staff is very supportive and the subjects very interesting. It’s a mix of courses, self study and excursions.
We can also go to many out of school activities with other students.
I love to study here because I can travel a lot and see different towns. The university is well organized. Ostrava is a nice city for students and has a lot of benefits for me. I is defintely not my last visit.
View moreThe university is beautifully diverse. The availability of many fields, especially those related to specialization. I would definitely highlight the consistency of the internships, which in my opinion give us the most in the future.
Own entrance exams are also an advantage.
I can’t really judge it yet, since I’m in my first year at the university, but I’m happy with the school so far. The teachers are very helpful and friendly. The only thing I would criticize is that the university doesn’t have a cafeteria.
View moreSo far I am very satisfied with the university, I like the choice of professional subjects and the fact that there is a great emphasis on practice (at least at my faculty – the Faculty of Social Studies). However, I miss the university’s cafeteria.
View moreI like the Faculty of Social Studies, the interior is beautiful and the basement we have a student room with a microwave, kettle, snacks and drinks and a place to chill. My programme (Social work) has a lot o practical learning in various institutions of our choice. I loved the first-aid classes at The faculty of medicine, health related class at our faculty (Psychosocial aspects of health and illness) and some university events (public discussions and interviews) which are held few times a semestr. University’s cafe is great (Ouško) and the library is amazing as well (great chairs and small kitchen to make tea or coffee).
