However, the downside of this central location is the noise and distractions that come with it, making it sometimes difficult to focus on studies. Recently, there has been an increase in tuition fees at the university. This change has caused financial strain for many students, impacting their ability to afford quality education. Despite the higher costs, the quality of education and resources provided by the university have remained consistent.
