Lack of practice
At the university, you can acquire a lot of skills and knowledge that are necessary for a future occupation. There is a large disparity and gap between theory and practice. Some things are learned that are absolutely unnecessary and of no use in future work. I believe that instead of unnecessary courses and theory, there should be a lot more practice, which there is currently not enough of.
