Universidad EIA (reviews)

My experience at Universidad EIA was excellent overall. From the first day, I felt welcomed and supported in an academic environment that truly values student well-being. Most professors were not only highly qualified but also skilled in making complex topics easier to understand. They always tried to connect what we learned with real-life scenarios, which made the classes even more valuable.
One of the things I highlight most is how up-to-date the curriculum was. The university constantly reviews and improves its academic programs to ensure we’re learning relevant, functional content that will be useful in our careers.
The campus experience was also very positive. It’s a safe, respectful, green, unique and motivating space. There are always resources available for academic and personal support.
That said, I’m giving 4 out of 5 stars because, while the university does act when problems arise, the response time can be slower than expected. Sometimes it felt like we had to wait longer than necessary for certain issues to be resolved, which was frustrating at times.
Even with that, I would definitely recommend Universidad EIA. The academic quality, the care for students, and the overall experience make it a great place to study, in other words, that’s why is always in the top 5 Engineer Universities in Colombia.

It’s a very good program, the teachers are excellent overall, it’s difficult tho, but I like it a lot. The university has a very big green area, but not very big installations, still, this isn’t bad, because there’s not really that many students. There’s not many amenities nearby so it’s perfect for only concentrating on studying since even if you wanted to do anything else, you probably cannot. Obviously there’s sports to do inside the university, but apart from that, like I said not really anything else. Like the university is on the outskirts of the city, the closest thing to it is a gas station and nothing else. But I like this since it makes it very calm. Overall, I love the university.

It is an excellent university in the academic field, very focused on the engineering part and not so much biological in the biomedical career. University life is not very active because it has few students, the climate is unfavorable and there are not many spaces for the development of such. The teachers are very prepared and all the staff are very friendly.

I like the professors, the location and the campus. The thing that I don’t like is that the he university is not flexible at all in terms of the schedule, so even if u want you could not get a job.
