True talents can shine here.
The most I like is that they value and recognize talented students and are ver supportive to provide what is needed for those talents to shine. I am talking about my personal experience. I love this University mindset culture. If you find something that is not allowing you to develop your talent or if a teacher is not fiar with you or underrating your talent you can feel confident to go with the Director and he will help you and make you fell valuated. They really want to promote great talents.
