It is a university located in the city of Popayán, east of the Department of Cauca, Colombia. It is characterized by being an establishment that has had a significant growth both in its physical plant as in its students and collaborators. It has a number of venues, among the most significant are the Headquarters in the city of Santander de Quilichao, San Jose (Popayán), San Camilo or Villamarista (Popayán) headquarters and its main headquarters Los Robles where Popayan Basin Garden is located and where A space for recreation is provided for its students.
