Good Education with Some Challenges
Overall, my experience here was positive. Provided a solid education, exposure to diverse perspectives and opportunities to grow both academically and personally.
I liked the diverse student population and inclusive environment. Also, large campus with many clubs and activities.
I disliked the strike disruptions during my time there, some administrative processed were slow and navigating the campus could feel overwhelming at times.
However, I would recommend York University to students who are self-motivated and comfortable in a large campus setting. If you take initiative, build relationships with professors and use the resources available, York can offer a rewarding and well-rounded university experience.
