I appreciated that the classes were smaller in size and that there were multiple sections—typically two or three taught by different professors. However, a downside was the limited number of spots available in each class, which meant that if you didn’t secure a place, you had to wait until the following semester. I also liked that the professors were always willing to offer support whenever a student was struggling.
Another downside is that each student has a different enrollment date, and because the classes are small, you sometimes couldn’t get into your preferred section. As a result, you might be forced to enroll with a less effective professor simply because that was the only option left.
