University of Victoria environment has always been friendly and peaceful. The school cares about the environment and relationship with the land and Indigenous communities. Furthermore, there are a variety of supports for students regarding mental health, dental services, student aids, and many more. The university is known as a research university, and that is not disappointing. Many students and professors emphasise academic value and personal growth. Professors are always happy to help. Even during the pandemic semesters, professors always offer alternative approach and make an effort to make the virtual classroom to be as engaging as possible. I highly recommend this school if you want to live the west coast experience.
