The University of Guelph is an inclusive and supportive institution. As someone who has struggled with an anxiety disorder that sometimes affects my studies, the university has continuously been accommodating and helpful. There are numerous programs and services for academic and personal support, such as the SAS and PHP. The only downfall is that sometimes the wait times to meet with a councillor are quite long if you have not booked in advance. But overall, the student support is very helpful.
