at University of Alberta

I began my degree in 2020 when the pandemic had just started so my experiences will be very different from most students who graduated earlier or will graduate in the coming years. This school is located in the heart of Edmonton where it’s already known that there won’t be anything special about it. The school life is absent, unless you made some friends in high school that have come along with you to this university then you will be able to actually have fun experiences with them. There are no meaningful and long-lasting friendships that you can make in your classes because all of the students show zero interest and are very dull. The academic portion of this school is doable but don’t just rely on the material, you will have to attend office hours and ask lots of questions to do really well.
