View moreThe program for newcomers and foreign students is the well implemented. Teachers provide courses in an adequate way and are attentive to students concerns. However, the weather is too cold for me in the winter and there are not enough activities to do during this period.
View moreI was pleasantly surprised by the welcoming community of med students. The program is very much based on learning by cases. It is very stimulating intellectually although quite hard to adapt to at first. The facilities are appropriate for the needs of the student although the campus of health sciences is quite small in comparison to the main campus. The library could use a little revamping.
View moreSherbrooke university is one the most important in Québec. It has 2 campus one in Sherbrooke, the main one, and one in Montreal. The university has a big campus and it cares a lot about the environment. Every year students help to plant trees and plants when springs comes and it makes the campus more beautiful that usual. You’ll enjoy the campus even during winter because it’s stunning. University offers a lot of extra curricula activities, every Thursday you’re invited to the 5@8 which is a huge party that every faculty does. I had an amazing experience because the university is highly organized. The city is not expensive at all and students who study here have buses for free. I did my Master’s degree in translation here and I had the best time of my life. Teachers were prepared and nice and I loved all the classes I took.
