I took the travel service management program for 2 years (5 semesters overall). The classes that I took were of a wide range and were beneficial in learning information needed for different travel-related careers. A lot of the information learned is Ontario-specific, which may make some things difficult in my future as I’m not a Canadian citizen and am not planning on staying in Ontario. Furthermore, many of the professors are not very good at teaching, often just reading through PowerPoints, resulting in me teaching myself a majority of the material. The school in general (my program coordinator specifically, especially) have major communication issues which ultimately made my experience at the school much more difficult than it should be, including forcing me to take an extra semester because I wasn’t given the proper information. I would highly recommend seneca. Its got so many great program options with simulators to really give you an idea of how it would be after graduating. The classes are very thorough and ive had a great experience going here.

The program I attended really helped me learn and reassured my decision to get into the travel and touring industry. It made me feel more ready and confident in getting into the field and looking forward to really having that as my lifetime career. Absolutely enjoyed it

I’m an international student from the Philippines. I chose Seneca because they have a variety of post-graduate certificate programs to choose from. I finished my first program and decided to pursue another certificate which is GOM. Professors are mostly experienced industry individuals and always willing to give assistance although t some won’t give extensions to assignments and quizzes but overall I’m satisfied and happy to be studying at Seneca
