TMU as whole is a pretty good university despite what it’s reputation suggests. The professors are great and most of them mark fairly. The social life is also great and you can make friends easily since most other people are also commuters. Overall I have enjoyed my experience at TMU so far.

The program Accounting and Finance at ryerson is a great program with a lot of career opportunities. The co-op program at ryerson gives many students the opportunity to apply their knowledge in a real working environment. I would recommend Ryerson for studying anything related to accounting and finance.

Very close to Eaton.
Very close to the station.
Classes in the theatre were not enjoyable.
3rd and 4th year courses were relevant to my career and further learning.
Professors were helpful when approached in office hours

What I like most about Ryerson University is the amount of support I receive and the number of resources there are to help me. Although you are given independence, the university is still there to support you and I love that about Ryerson. During my first year, I was very scared to reach out, but I was given an opportunity to be a leader and this opportunity opened my eyes. I was able to attend several networking events make new friends and become confident. I would definitely recommend this university to my friends. Moreover, this location makes the whole university experience better. It is in the heart of downtown Toronto surrounded by several amazing places, such as malls, restaurants, sightseeing places, and beautiful views.
