For courses like Personal Support Worker (PSW), Welding, digital marketing, trucking, you’re good. But for other programs, the experience isn’t so great.
The college would definitely require a lot of improvement in their care for students’ wellbeing, academic delivery, and evaluation methodology. A lot of students have resolved to just going with the flow since they don’t have much of a choice anymore.
The Guelph Campus for one has no library for students to study, has no housing facilities. The One-Card which is supposed to be a bus pass is not useful, and students have to still get the Bus pass like every other individual in the country.
For practical education, I can’t say this is the case for the course on “Applied Manufacturing Management,” as it is mostly theoretical.
