Humber College has a lot of extra and co-curricular activities that can help international students adjust and familiarize with the Canadian work environment. Most courses try illustrate theories in practical and easy to understand situations. In general, they are responsive. I like how they have the Library online and the staff are very helpful in our research activities. The student council and community employment center are good resources as well. The coordinators or senior leadership in my specific program are a little slow in response and less empathetic to plight of students. They say they welcome feedback, but don’t do anything about it. Overall, Humber College is a great school to be in.
