Capilano University - CapU (reviews)

I had a great experience at CapU. It was a time that I look back fondly on, from the professors to the students.

I learned a lot and made many great friends along the way.

The campus is beautiful, the professors were fair and always helpful.

I enjoy attending CapU with a major in Kinesiology. The professors are very passionate about their work and helping students, making sure each and every one of us reach our best potential. I like collaborating with like-minded students, and I have connected with many of them over the course of two years. The only things that are lacking are the social aspect outside of my degree and faculty. I rarely participate in events, clubs, or fun activities offered by the Capilano Student Council or in general. In comparison to SFU or UBC, there are limited social activities and events. For example, there is only the library that you can be really social at, but UBC has a few bars, restaurants, and late night activities.

great university with small classes and excellent teachers with real world experience to help you get practical knowledge. Campus is beautiful and lots of resources to help you get the best education possible.

The RADP program at Capilano University is really good for anyone interested in physical or occupational therapy or speech-language pathology. The classes are practical and easy to follow, and the instructors are very supportive. You get to learn hands-on skills that are actually used in hospitals and clinics. I also like that the program gives you different career options after graduation, it’s a great start for building a career in rehabilitation and health care.
