at Brock University

Brock University is a diverse school with various academic and extra-curricular opportunities for students. The Science programme, which I completed my major in, focused on smaller class sizes which was imperative to my learning. Smaller classes allowed me to have more personal relationships with my professors and teaching assistants, which was helpful for my learning style. Professors at Brock have always been kind and helpful, providing extra support on assignments and other work in their classes. However, Brock’s student accessibility center could be better organized and improved. When I was injured I did not receive a lot of support from the academic service, which had a negative impact on my learning for a period of time. Overall, Brock’s close nit programme offered me a way to connect with staff and students in the faculty, which enriched my learning and my personal enjoyment during my undergrad.
