Thompson Rivers University is a great institution with great minds. One thing I cherish about TRU is the diversity and I would recommend this institution to anyone who is looking to get the best out of their academics journey.

TRU has great class sizes and profs. Most professors will go the extra mile to help students succeed in their studies. Professors would routinely be heavily involved in different groups on campus that help students discover which academic path they would like to pursue. I would definitely recommend TRU

It’s really good, instructors are very nice and very cooperative, they really help you if you need it, but you really have to put the effort according to your program. The only thing i dislike about this university is the hours, sometimes it can be so apart from each other and i hate it because i live really far away. But besides that it’s a really good university with good people willing to help, with good education, I recommend it.

Each professor that I have had so far was extremely encouraging and was often willing to go the extra step to make sure I understood the course content. The professors I could tell were very tenured and loved their roles. This helped me to foster even more of a passion for sociology, and I would highly recommend students take at least one course because the experience is quite interesting.
