I studied at UCS, campus of Caxias do Sul, from 2007 to 2012, where I graduated in the Eng. Of Control and Automation course. The laboratories are well structured, as well as the library. The library offers a lending mechanism across UCS campuses. There were no substitute teachers, which demonstrated a concern for continuing faculty at the University and a quest to provide training by professionals with experience in teaching. Opportunities in scientific initiation were offered to students and fostered by UCS. In addition to CI, there are options that can help develop other skills, such as junior company. Although there is no student housing, UCS is well served by public transportation. There is also an industry exclusively dedicated to promoting academic exchanges. In general, I recommend UCS.
The university’s campus is complete! One of the biggest campus of the south of Brazil, it has restaurants, banks, space to chill and a good infrastructure. About the teaching, in my course is awesome! The professors are interested in graduate not just a doctor, but a good human being overall.
