The Federal University of Rio de Janeiro is a special place. In addition to having highly qualified faculty members, the various educational techniques, the university campus allows for the exploration of various areas of knowledge in a free manner. I believe that what needs improvement is the infrastructure of the space and the assurance of student retention through scholarship incentives.
