I am an undergraduate and postgraduate of the institution and I rate my experiences as positive overall. The faculty is mixed: I found competent and dedicated professors, while others could have performed better. In the distance learning course, I had the necessary support from the Secretariat (SEAD), in addition to the tutors at the Paulo Afonso/BA campus. In the postgraduate course, carried out in Pesqueira/PE, I found a good structure of competent professors, although I noticed some differences in the quality and approach of certain content. In general, UNIVASF contributed significantly to my education.
I would just like to point out that I did not have the opportunity to participate in selection processes within the University. I understand that the institution should prioritize its alumni in the composition of its staff, valuing those who completed their academic training there.
