I studied at the Department for Chinese and English Languages at the University of East Sarajevo and had a very positive experience. One of the university’s strongest aspects is its excellent international cooperation, which provides students with valuable opportunities to study abroad, particularly in China, and receive scholarships that support their academic growth. The university also hosts international staff, which enhances the quality of education and exposes students to diverse perspectives.

Its not that bad but there are definitely better options.
Some professors are known to be horrible including the assistants while others shine light on a bright spot. Student housing in Lukavica is horrible and outdated.

Would totally recomend it because of teachers enterprenuership thinking. A lot of practical work done in third and fourth year. There are a lot of student organisations which will really help you both in professional and student life.

The faculty and university need greater modernization in the form of technological resources, as well as in the field of educating the teachers themselves to be more accessible to the students themselves, because most of them are old and still hold standard lectures.
