Franz Tamayo Private University is a good Bolivian university. The La Paz campus, where I’m currently enrolled, has two blocks, each with good facilities, including entertainment rooms (game room, cafeteria), and interesting, dynamic classrooms with TVs, projectors, and movable whiteboards. The classrooms also have chairs on wheels that are easy to move (as the semester progresses, these chairs can be damaged, but they are refurbished or new ones are purchased at the beginning). It’s a quiet university, and the full-time professors are mostly kind and understanding; however, the number of chairs varies depending on the management and the professor on duty.
