Real experience at working in a group like in a fully functioning business with people doing nothing and others doing everything. It made me realised that being an adult is not the age – it’s the mentality. If you have to send 20-30 messages to somebody who doesn’t reply, and doesn’t do its job how this person is going to work in society without doing nothing ;0
