Life is fun at DU
I was in love with the campus the first day I arrived. The atmosphere is pleasant, and there are lots of nerdy and accomplished people on campus, which I particularly like. In terms of daily living, classes in my department are quite tight. We also have labs on most days. On lab days, labs begin at 2 p.m. and go until 5 p.m. So, most of the time, things are busy. Because there is no break between our usual sessions, which run from 8 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., I and my friends literally have to sprint to grab some food and return early so that we don’t miss any lessons. However, when you consider the whole picture, life isn’t that bad.
