Chittagong University is one of the most populated and attractive universities in Bangladesh. Since its establishment in 1966, Chittagong University has provided to become one of the flagship research-led universities which are known for the excellence of its teaching, research and services to local, national and international communities. Actually, it is located on the Southside of Bangladesh which is also the port city of Bangladesh. The area of CU is 1754 acres. There are almost 28000 students studying here. The main attraction of Cu is that it has a museum, special train and its natural area.
Among the 10 faculties of CU, Social science is one of them. Among the 9 departments of social science, Sociology is one of them. I am a student of sociology. I love my department for its system, environment, criteria and tradition.
