My experience at Premier University was mixed but overall practical. It’s not a top-tier university, but it does provide a workable platform if you’re serious about building your own skills.

What stood out the most was the variation in teaching quality. Some professors were genuinely committed—they explained concepts clearly, were approachable after class, and tried to connect theory with real-life examples. Those courses were valuable. However, other classes felt very routine and lecture-based, with limited interaction or critical thinking.

Classes and academics were generally manageable. The curriculum follows standard guidelines, but there’s a lack of strong practical exposure—especially in terms of research, fieldwork, or hands-on learning. If you want to grow, you’ll need to learn beyond the classroom.

Campus life is quite limited. This is one of the weaker areas. There aren’t many structured clubs, events, or student engagement opportunities compared to bigger universities. So if you’re expecting a vibrant campus experience, you might feel a gap.

Administration is average but sometimes frustrating. Processes like documentation, approvals, or communication can be slow, and you may need to follow up multiple times to get things done.

On the positive side, the university is affordable and accessible, which makes it a realistic option for many students in Chattogram.

Premier University is not outstanding, but it’s functional. You can get a degree and build a foundation here—but your success will largely depend on how much effort you put in outside of class.
