Empathy through Zoom!
Honestly from completing the majority of my degree during the unprecedented times, we call COVID-19, the University of South Australia really exceeded all my expectations. My tutors and unit coordinators always prioritised my well-being, from checking up on me regularly through email to lifting the academic burden when need be. The student support team on campus were amazing, regularly calling me to check up on my studies as well as my general well-being. As an online student, not once did I feel detached from my uni, degree and tutors, as I was always comforted and reassured!
