at The University of Adelaide

With three options for Universities within South Australia, I would highly recommend The University of Adelaide! I studied there for 6 years, completing a Bachelor’s and an Honours degree, and began a PhD that I ended up withdrawing from due to personal reasons. My time at the University was excellent, with knowledgeable professors and tutors, up-to-date and well-equipped laboratories and computer suites, and a fun student life with clubs of varying interests and events happening across campus. While finding information for abnormal requests, such as majoring in a topic from a different degree or transferring to a brand new degree at the University, was difficult on my own, there was always someone to help at the student help desks. Even when I had to withdraw from my PhD program, the faculty were understanding and helped walk me through the process of leaving the program. The University is also in the top 100 universities in the world, and part of Australia’s Group of Eight, comprising of Australia’s leading research-intensive universities. I would highly recommend studying here.
