Being a private university in Germany, SRH Heidelberg has done a good job in providing the facilities with regards to the tuition costs. I say that when I compare the tuition and academic fees in other countries. It is also one of the few to offer courses completely in English and little to none german requirements to get in. Students coming to Germany do not usually opt for private education as the whole point of studying in Germany is to avoid tuition fees. Situated in Heidelberg it offers a vibrant and international student culture and the weather is on the warmer sides as compared to other parts of Germany. This makes it easy for the students to adopt a new life and culture. The academic courses are tailor made to promote practical education with its C.O.R.E prinicple which emphasizes on competence oriented education featuring an all round development of professional, social, methodological and personal skills. In terms of shortcomings i feel the insititution can improve some of the courses to provide more specialisation towards a certain topic and toughen the admission requirements to get in.
