For me U-Psud is best for its professors. All the professors (at least in physical chemistry department) are passioned professionals you can get inspired from. The courses are well organised, the programs are very intense and very exciting as well. The only weakness of the university is its old campus and residence halls. But they are building a new campus, so it will not be a problem in close future.
