University of good contents
The UGR is a university that gives a good job, good content but there are teachers of all kinds. Some that are a disaster and others that are applied and its fundamental task is to teach the students everything related to the field to obtain.
As for facilities, my faculty is good and has good bus connections. Their services are quite good for students.
As for the bureaucratic issue, it also seems acceptable to me because they help you solve everything
