Ideal for autodidacts

I am finishing the degree in ADE, in general, I believe that distance education is undervalued by society, when in my opinion it should be better qualified. In this university you learn to manage time and be constant. My experience has always been very good, although sometimes frustrating. The classes are one hour once a week in my case because I have a seat nearby, anyway the interesting thing is to be able to follow the classes with your computer from home, and see, in many of the subjects, more than one teacher explaining it It costs much more than a face-to-face one without a doubt, nevertheless you can combine it with the work or domestic tasks whenever you distribute yourself at least two hours of the day to the study. My advice: go slowly the first year, not throwing for the 10 subjects at once, then there is always time to expand enrollment if we can with more. Many luck and if you need more advice around here I will be.

Excellent Education

I graduated from the Law program at Universidad de Lima four years ago, and my experience there was outstanding. This university offers a strong academic foundation, excellent facilities, and a vibrant student life. What stood out the most to me was the quality of the professors—many of them are respected professionals in the legal field, bringing real-world experience into the classroom. Their teaching methods were engaging and practical, which helped me develop not only theoretical knowledge but also essential skills for my career. The campus is modern, well-maintained, and equipped with everything students need—from a great library and study spaces to green areas that make it easy to take a break between classes. The university also fosters networking opportunities, both through career fairs and events where professionals come to speak about the industry. One of the few downsides was that some administrative processes could be slow or bureaucratic, but nothing too problematic. The university is quite demanding, especially in programs like Law, so students should be prepared for a challenging academic experience. However, if you are willing to put in the work, the rewards are worth it. Would I recommend it? Absolutely. If you are looking for a university that balances high-quality education, strong industry connections, and an excellent campus environment, Universidad de Lima is one of the best options in Peru.

Hands-On and Practical Learning

Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology is one of the best universities in Kenya, as a personal opinion and one that is recommended nationally. I went there first because it was a few kilometres away from home and I wanted the experience of living alone and generally to feel like an adult. It was home away from home, that I even stayed one year later even after graduation. The lecturers were quite tough which was a good thing because I almost didn't graduate because I had missed a few classes. All my practical units that required extra coursework outside class always had the lecturers in attendance even when they didn't have to. My lecturers were very friendly and very practical on what the course I did would translate to once I finished. The security was very good especially for a single female young lady miles away from home. There was plenty of room to study, from parks all around the university, the student centre and the library. You could also easily access help from the administration and get to the staff offices for extra help from our lectures without going through loops. I loved it there and yes, I would recommend it to a family or friend, depending on the course they plan to do. I was an introvert in campus but I remember trying things like rollball, table tennis, pool, drama which are available and active even till date.
