The university is wonderful and has a wonderful infrastructure, but policies for access to education and dissemination of scientific knowledge are still lacking for non-university people. The university still functions as a "bubble".
It's a small campus compared to the other ones in Athens, but that is what makes it special. The facilities are maybe the best in Athens but the true benefit is the support and passion from the administration. At least in my CS department. If you truly have a passion for this field, there are quite a few professors that will help you excel and master the subject you are interested in. Apart from the professors, the rector of the course and the department head, which are all amazing in their job, and as I said really supportive, I want to mention the effort of the Career office for helping students get in the field and preparing them for their next steps. Excellent experience!
I a student of king saud University, they have great work environment both research and teaching. But their is lack of professionalism and technical skills.The best part is that you can also take online classes. Overall it was average ☹️
