As one of the oldest and most prestigious institutions in Africa, Makerere University exceeded my expectations in many ways.. I had the opportunity to interact with students from various backgrounds, broadening my perspectives and understanding of the world.The campus facilities, although not perfect, were generally well-maintained and provided adequate resources for learning and recreation. What I disliked: - The bureaucracy and administrative processes could be slow and frustrating at times. However, this is a common challenge in many institutions, and I learned to be patient and persistent. - Some of the facilities, such as the libraries and laboratories, could benefit from modernization and upgrading.
