I took the software development program at SAIT. This was riddled with teachers that don't actually know what they are teaching but just reading off premade PowerPoints. The class is set-up to incentivize lazy group members to not do their work as you would lose grades for a group member that doesn't do their work, so everyone just lied to the teachers and did the work for their lazy group members. There's a ton of mandatory fee's that you have to pay and don't even need or have access to most of them. The gym was under construction the entire time I was at SAIT, meaning no intramural sports or anything like that, yet there was fee's for that. I live walking distance from SAIT and tried to refute the 140$ mandatory bus pass because I didn't use it once, they still made me pay every semester. You graduate and want to see your transcript? 20$. Everything about this school sucked and I regret going, please reconsider for your sake.
