It is one of the best colleges in Venezuela. The school never stops teaching and you are given all the tools to be a competitive employee or entrepreneur in the future. Recommended if you wish to study engineering.
I studied at Simón Bolívar University from 2005, until 2011; obtaining the title of Chemical Engineer. For me, it is one of the best study houses. I met the best teachers, they have a well-known library, many areas of study, which are important for the development of the student career. My work achievements I owe to that university.

The University Institute of Technology Dr. Federico Rivero Palacio is one of the best in Venezuela, trained technicians and graduates who are recognized nationally and internationally. Many recognized companies worldwide have many professionals trained in the university institute as a company. Dr. Federico Rivero Palacios. Many professionals from different universities such as the Central University of Venezuela, Simon Bolivar University, Los Andes University and Carabobo University compete with the superior technicians and engineers of Dr. Federico Rivero Palacios can say that all these professionals have an almost equal level. The difference between a graduated from the central university of Venezuela or from the University of Carabobo and the university technology institute Dr. Federico Rivero Palacio that technically has more experience in the practical part due to its famous facilities such as pilot plants or mechanical workshop. The student of Dr. Federico Rivero Palacios is not only theoretically prepared, but the practical part is fundamental for the development of the graduate professional. University Institute of Technology Dr. Federico Rivero Palacios has agreements with institutes in France where technical-scientific exchanges are made which benefit the professional development of Venezuelan students. It is worth highlighting the work of the professors of the technology institute Dr. Federico Rivero Palacios who educate a great number of students with the best technical level. That is why I recommend people from Venezuela and other countries to study at the Dr. Federico Rivero Palacios Institute.
I can consider that it is one of the best universities in Venezuela, good functioning of the facilities and excellent teachers. Incredible environment to develop and very good areas for students.
At this moment, this is not the best university to study on Venezuela, it doesn't have enough teachers for all the subjects, because of that, there are students teaching, they are not even graduated. Also they reduced the career from 5 to 4 years, that wasn't good because now we don't see some important subjects that help on the field of engineering. I don't recommend it at this moment.
