The difference between a graduated from the central university of Venezuela or from the University of Carabobo and the university technology institute Dr. Federico Rivero Palacio that technically has more experience in the practical part due to its famous facilities such as pilot plants or mechanical workshop. The Simón Rodríguez University had many shortcomings in terms of the study and organization to teach the degree in veterinary medicine, there were not even laboratories and the teaching staff was very infrequent due to the very low salary that the teachers received for their work, the university did not I was prepared to take on a career of that magnitude.
