Educational psychology- rewarding but demanding

Studying Educational Psychology at the University of Calabar has been a fulfilling experience. The lecturers are knowledgeable and committed to their students’ success, and the course content is very relevant to real-life applications in education. I particularly enjoyed how the programme combines theory with practical approaches to understanding human learning and behavior. On the downside, administrative processes can sometimes be slow, and facilities like libraries and internet access could be improved. The workload is also quite demanding, but it pushes you to stay disciplined. Overall, I would recommend this programme to anyone passionate about psychology and education. It’s not always easy, but the knowledge and skills gained are worth it.

Your wasted time in this place.

I struggle to define this place as a university. If it is, it is certainly the worst in the world. Getting my degree here was the worst decision of my life. I took a document that is practically worthless.I absolutely advise against anyone enrolling in this kind of faculty, if I can define it that way. It's worth nothing. Getting one of their worthless degrees was the worst choice of my life.

My Experience At Arthur Jarvis

I have been a student of Arthur Jarvis University for close to a year,I transferred from a public University down here cause of all the drawbacks our public education system has. So my few months in this new environment hasn't been as great as I thought it would, the education and teaching is really top tier but where the school fails to impress is lack of other means of entertainment for her students, there's literally nothing else to do rather than sports in the evenings,no events of any kind and a lot of restrictions. It makes staying on campus really boring and tiring. Hopefully things would change in the nearest future.

Teaching

This university has high standard lecturers/professors who have passion in teaching. They teach and carry all students along irrespective of your capacity or zeal in studies. I would like to recommend this school to students who want to come out doing well in life and feeling proud about their school.

Bayero University Kano

I am thrilled to share my positive experience at Bayero University Kano (BUK), pursuing Computer Engineering. The vibrant academic environment and the overall atmosphere at BUK have truly made it a standout choice for higher education. One of the highlights of my time at BUK is the exceptional student community. The camaraderie among students creates a supportive and collaborative atmosphere. Whether it's group projects, study sessions, or extracurricular activities, the sense of unity within the student body enhances the overall learning experience. The relationships forged among students are not only within the academic realm but extend to a sense of shared goals and aspirations. The diversity of backgrounds and perspectives within the student community fosters a rich learning environment, contributing to a well-rounded education. The quality of facilities at BUK is another aspect that has greatly contributed to my positive experience. The university provides state-of-the-art laboratories, well-equipped classrooms, and modern computing facilities. These resources have been instrumental in enhancing my understanding of Computer Engineering concepts through hands-on experiences and practical applications. Bayero University Kano's commitment to academic excellence places it among the best universities in Nigeria and West Africa. The curriculum for Computer Engineering is robust, aligning with industry standards and ensuring that students are well-prepared for the challenges of the technology sector. Moreover, the university's dedication to continuous improvement is evident in the maintenance of high-quality teaching staff and the incorporation of cutting-edge technologies into the learning environment. This forward-thinking approach contributes to the relevance and competitiveness of the education provided. In conclusion, my experience at Bayero University Kano has been overwhelmingly positive. The strong student community, meaningful relationships, top-notch facilities, and the university's esteemed reputation all contribute to making BUK an excellent choice for pursuing Computer Engineering. I feel fortunate to be part of this academic community that values both personal and academic growth.
