USIU TIMES

If I had to rate USIU I would rate it 8/10. my experience so far has been good overall. What I enjoy most is the classroom interactions with the class and the lecturer. I also like the diversity of religions, cultures, and overall personalities. Some of my dislikes are they don't have a vast variety of food at the University. I would gladly recommend it.

Nothing to show

My academic experience in the university

The class scheduling in the university was poor as post graduate students and undergraduate students often clash due to lack of classrooms and poor class scheduling. Also the unconcerned attitude of some of the lecturers towards attending class (often skipping classes at will without prior notices to the students). Academic activities was further interrupted by lecturer strikes due to poor working conditions and pay. However, the school has a pool of well trained professors that has in-depth knowledge in their respective fields

Accomodations

Accomodation facilities are not enough with poses a significant threat for students this makes the private off campus housing expensive and too exorbitant to access. Transportation facilities is something that I must commend
