HUTECH is one of the largest private universities in Ho Chi Minh City, offering more than 50 majors across technology, engineering, business, tourism, languages, and design. The main campus is modern and well-equipped, with air-conditioned classrooms, libraries, computer labs, and plenty of student spaces.
What I like most about HUTECH is the vibrant student life. There are many clubs, events, and competitions that help students build soft skills and expand their network. The university also has partnerships with companies, which makes it easier to find internships and job opportunities during or after studies.
On the downside, the tuition fees are quite high compared to public universities, usually around 18–22 million VND per semester. Some majors are stronger than others (IT, Business, Marketing, Tourism are well-developed), while newer programs still need improvement. In addition, classes in popular majors can be very crowded.
Overall, HUTECH is a good choice if you want a dynamic and modern learning environment and are ready to be proactive in your studies. If your priority is research or lower tuition, you may want to explore other options.
