My name is Carolina, I’m Mexican, and I study IBM. At first, I was really scared to leave my hometown, but then I discovered BUV and decided to move. I can honestly say that I have no regrets.
BUV and Vietnam are an incredible place to be in your 20s. There is a lot of culture, and I can see that the international community is growing, so I have made friends from all over the world. Vietnamese people are very kind and are always willing to help in any situation.
I think having a British and Asian degree is an amazing opportunity, the classes are challenging, and the exchange years are very interesting to consider. I’m really happy with my choice and I’m enjoying discovering Asia with my friends.
View moreMy name is Mariana and I’m from Brazil. My experience in buv has been great. It has been an exiting experience where I have learned so much. I like the programs they have and the British curriculum. I like that there is always something happening in the campus, whether it’s student-run clubs, events, or the chance to meet new people in events.
View morei love hanging out with intentional people so i can do that in here. it was great experience. on thursday, BUV provides meeting with international students it was super fun activity so far! but unfortunately in my opinion, It’s a bit disappointing that the academic workload is lighter compared to other universities.
View moreHi all,
I am an alumnus majoring in International Busineds Management at BUV. It is great to have a platform to share with you guys about the fantastic experience with lecturers at BUV. All of them are super cool, supportive and deliver the lesson in the most easy way for students. I was afraid at first when studying in English with British style (which I heard before was strict and difficult). However, the faculty here are all QAA accreditted and they are all friendly to students, especially international ones to help students succeed in the assignments.
Haha cannot forget the time when I was stressed out and urgently sent the email to my Prof at 11pm and only after 5 minutes he got back with detailed guidance.
View moreChoosing BUV is a smart move for international students because you get a prestigious UK degree from the University of London or Staffordshire at a much lower cost. The campus in Ecopark is world-class, offering top-tier facilities and a high standard of education that is recognized everywhere. It’s the perfect way to get a global qualification while enjoying the affordable, vibrant lifestyle of Vietnam.
View moreI’m currently study IBM at British University Vietnam (BUV) Base on my experience has been faces both challenges and rewarding. The learning environment is so modern and professional but somehow there still something I find a bit challenges for me living and studying in Vietnam is language Barries it does not mean that it that difficult to communicate there are a lot of people in campus who really good at it, it just that it would be better if you know some basic word before moving here, overall it a great place to live and study people are so nice and kind, and Vietnam landscape is literally amazing and there are a lot of things to do in Vietnam besides study we can go and explore lot of things here. If y’all should give BUV a try you will love it.
View morePersonally BUV is amazing in many was not to mention that it’s in Vietnam, a beautiful and wonderful country with cheap and delicious food. Moving on to BUV, the campus is one of the greatest place i’ve seen the food cort is cheap as well compare to the area it is in i.e Ecopark. One big plus for this uni is the various subjects, me im in IBM and all i got to say is the professors are the most caring people in the university. You can feel the passion from their teachings, there is one minor annoying factor is that since this university is so sought after many schools will do a tour and they will take up alot of space for a few hours, other than that i have no complains. Shout out to Mr. AJ great teacher very funny and caring focusing on bringing the best of you out, Mr. Adrien as well giving real world and helpful advice anytime, finally Mr. Minh he is always ready to help you before and after his class or even in his after hours.
View moreI think it’s good that the number of students in a room is not very high, this facilitates the interaction between students and teachers. Another aspect has to do with the implementation of the practice of everything we study, the tutorials help in the assimilation of the subject studied
View moreStudent life at BUV is enjoyable with a lot of clubs and activities. It’s easy to meet people from different countries and backgrounds. Events and societies help us feel included and engaged on campus.
View moreCourse is vague and professors dont support enough when you want to dive deeper into certain issues in the course. Some Professor dont care enough due to the lack of interest from student. They assume everyone is not here to study fo real, but SOME OF US DO.
