From the University of Carabobo, I can highlight its effort to maintain the right to quality education for thousands of young Venezuelans who do not have the economic possibilities to pay for studies at a private university. Being a public and autonomous university, it has gone through and is still going through many difficulties and shortcomings, but it is still a good option to study for free, and most of the teachers are very good.
