The quality of the teaching staff has come in gradual deterioration. There are teachers who currently have a lot of academic responsibilities and are overburdened with chairs, which directly influences how the class is taught, given the situation of diaspora and venezuela’s talent drain, it is recommended to encourage and retain teachers through policies that come from from top management to stay in college!

I had the privilege of studying at this great university where I was trained as an engineer and most importantly as a useful person for society. It would be very beneficial to work in projects where the UAH contributes the knowledge for the solution of society’s problems leveraged with the contribution of the capital of the private industry and that serves at the same time to improve the facilities with which they are counted today in the college.

It is quite complete, it has a varied curriculum but it makes a lot of physical improvement, should increase the salary so there would be no teacher absence like there is nowadays, there should be more union as students to be able to solve the problems of the University in a way faster and more effective
