Classes were overcrowded, which can be demotivating when starting your career. It is quite easy to get lost in the University and there isn’t much guidance. Some classes and professors are really helpful and caring, others not so much. I advice anyone who joins to form a good study group and find supportive people to make it through.
View moreI’m a psychology student at Udelar, and my experience has been very enriching but also challenging. Udelar offers accessible and very high-quality education in all of its faculties.
On one side, it provides excellent theoretical foundation and research training. Professors are highly skilled and knowledgeable, and most of them are leaders in their fields. It is free and accessible to all, which fosters a diverse environment and contributes to an equal society. It also connects academic knowledge with societal needs, encouraging community engagement, and learning in real-world contexts.
However, it has some administrative inefficiencies that can become an obstacle for students in some cases. Some classes can be overcrowded, making it challenging to get personalized attention. But over all, I would recommend Udelar for most careers.
