The University of Baltimore offers a sold educational experience, particularly for students who are pursuing careers in business, law, and public affairs. The university offers small size classes which allows students to gain personalized attention from professors. It was easy to schedule one on one meetings with professors to get a clear understanding on the material.
The university has flexible scheduling, which is ideal for non-traditional students or those balancing work and school. During my undergraduate program, I mainly stayed on campus. Most of my classes were over by 3:00pm which allowed me to still have time to work a part time job. In my graduate school program, I took online classes mainly because I was working full time jobs. The university of Baltimore offers many different class schedules. They offer day, night, and online classes.
What stood out the most to me about my experience was the campus life. When I was in my undergraduate program, I participated in many campus activities such as modeling, history groups, bowling, etc. They offer a variety of different campus activities through all seasons. They also have mentorship workshops that help students with resumes, interviewing, networking, etc.
Overall, it’s a great choice for students seeking a career-oriented education in a city with ample job opportunities.
