I feel that it is a great opportunity and for Americans to travel and study abroad to expand multicultural and perspectives.
This being the fact that we Americans can get some tuition assistance.
My experience with professors that have practical and enduring experience in their respective fields, plus ongoing activity in external organizations that impact my career area.
I honestly enjoy studying at Schiller. I am currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in IRD. At Schiller, I get to meet different people that have different backgrounds and unique stories to tell. I get to participate in activities that include guests coming to the university, visiting the wine factory, etc. I also like the fact that students can have one on one conversations with instructors. The staff members are professional and the location of the university is centred, which is fancy. I would recommend Schiller to a friend.
My life outside of the classroom includes road trips, red cross activities, going out with friends and other social/cultural activities. My recommendation for food would be the Spanish tortilla. It’s very simple and can be eaten at almost any time of the day. My favourite thing about Madrid is that no matter what someone likes to do, they will find it in Madrid. If someone likes adventures or less spontaneous activities, they will find it in Madrid. So far I am having a good experience and meeting new people is the highlight of my experience in Madrid. They all have a story and it is one of the ways that I learn about other cultures.
I have been studying International relations and diplomacy at Schiller for two years. Schiller has very efficient Professors and I have learned a lot from each course. I like their system which needs every student to write a research paper related to their course every month. My analytical skills, critical thinking and knowledge in international relations and diplomacy have improved a great deal.
View moreI would only recommend this university to people with low grades seeking an easy degree. Due to the small size of the university and attendance not being required, you can expect your class to be from 2-10 people. There are no extracurricular activities offered, no volunteering opportunities, and internships and jobs are only for 3rd years above. Students are known to hang around the miniature campus if you can call it that, drinking and smoking. The only good thing I can say about this place is that people are highly friendly; from teachers to employees and students.
View moreWhat I like most about my university is that it is intercity, we have a lot of really cool guys. We go through many different programs, with unrealistically cool teachers, and I’m just delighted with my University!
